From the moment you walk in, Diana's Love at 601 will feel like home. You'll enjoy everything from the crisp country air and mountain views to the nightly fires and exciting games of pool.
3 Bedrooms
There are 3 bedrooms. All are equipped with TVs, and armoire/closets for your convenience. They also either have dressers or luggage racks to use.
2.5 Bath
There are 3 bathrooms in the house. One is a master bath with a jetted tub, one is a half bath on the main floor and another is a full bath on the second floor. Both full baths have tubs and showers.
Master Bath with Jetted Tub
In the master bath there is a jetted tub. This is for adults to enjoy.
Entertainment Room
In the basement there is an entertainment room with a reclining couch, 55in TV, a pool table that can be converted into a ping pong table, a foosball table and boardgames.
Kitchen Appliances
Our goal is to make you feel at home. In addition to our coffee bar, we have a toaster, dish washer, microwave, oven with stove top, pots and pans, eating utensils, plates, bowls, mugs, cups, knife block, cutting boards, baking sheets, hand mixer, blender, pot holders, serving spoons and other kitchen necessities.
Free Wi-Fi
Throughout the house there is Wi-Fi available for your convenience and all TVs are connected to this Wi-Fi. The WiFi password can be found in the house.
Provided Products
To make your stay at ease, the following will also be provided:Â toilet paper, paper towels, dish sponges, hand soap, dish soap, dish washer pods, laundry detergent are all provided.
Grill
Outside there is a grill available. It is propane, which is filled, and available grill utensils to use with it. Please just be sure to clean excess food off after you use it.
Gas Fireplace
In our sitting room, there is a gas fireplace where you can sit and peacefully read a book, or just warm up by the fire.
Coffee Bar
With several kitchen appliances available to our guests, one that we can't live without is the coffee maker. Please enjoy the coffee bar and the initial k-cups that are provided. Open to bringing your own, but there are coffee filters and 10 k-cups available. Coffee maker takes both k-cups and coffee grounds for brewing a full carafe.
Washer and Dryer
In the basement there is a washer and dryer available, along with laundry detergent.
Playground
Directly behind the property is a playground for kids. This can be seen from the backyard and you can walk from the property to the park.
Fire-pit
On chilly nights or even on night when you would like to make some s'mores, enjoy the fire pit in the backyard. There are Adirondack chairs for you to sit in to enjoy the best parts of country living.
Deck with Roof
Outside the sliding door, there is a deck with a table and seating to relax and enjoy the serene country air and views. This leads directly into the pool.
Front Porch
In the front of the house there is a sitting area on the porch to enjoy the sounds of the country and your cup of coffee while watching the cars pass by.
Pool
Enjoy our 27' diameter above ground pool that goes right off the deck. There are wedding cake stairs and shed with floats for you and the family to float around. This pool is 4 feet deep and there is no gate around the pool. The pool is opened from Memorial day to Labor day.
Bedding and Linens
Bedding and linens are provided in the house. This is one set of sheets and a quilt for each bed along with bath towels, hand towels and washcloths for each guest. We do not provide beach towels.
Outdoor Games
Outside there are horseshoes;Â however, in the shed you can find several other games to play such as cornhole, ring toss and lots of balls to throw and kick around. Please be sure to place games back in the shed when finished.
Office Area
In the main bedroom there is a desk equipped with two monitors for those that, unfortunately, must still work.
