Main Bedroom

The main bedroom houses a king side bed along with an armoire, dresser and end tables. There is a 50in TV with access to Netflix and Disney+. There is also a desk with two monitors available for those who, unfortunately, still have to work.

Master Bath with Jetted Tub

The master bathroom includes a shower with a jetted tub. This is for adults only to enjoy and relax in. The tub is deep cleaned between stays.

Queen Bedroom

In our Queen bedroom, there is a queen size bed with nightstands and lamps. There is a closet, luggage racks and a TV available. The TV has a firestick with access to Netflix, or the option to use your own accounts on a variety of apps.

Kids Room or Queen Bedroom

Although this rooms is suitable for kids with its bunk beds (twin over full), it also has a queen bed for either a family to share, or for a couple/single to enjoy on their own. There is a TV in this room with access of Netflix and Disney+, as well as, a closet and luggage racks.

Upstairs Bathroom

On the second floor is another full bathroom with a shower and tub.

Entertainment Room

Our basement has been transformed into an entertainment room. There is a reclining couch, pool table with a converting ping pong table top, board games, 55in TV, foosball table and lots of space to enjoy all the fun with the whole family.

Board Games

In our entertainment room there are several board games for all to play. Please be sure to put the pieces back as they were found. They're stored in our basement coffee table.

Kitchen

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, stove top oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Other appliances include: a toaster, blender, hand mixer, a crockpot, and a knife block. Serving spoons, utensils, pots and pans, and dish soap are all provided, as well.

Fireplace Sitting Room

In the sitting room there is a cozy gas fireplace that you can use to get warm or simply to relax and enjoy.

Main Floor Bathroom

The main floor bathroom is a half bath.

Dining Room

The dining room is the perfect place for the whole family to gather and eat. The table seats 8, but there is a leaf in the main closet that could be added, with additional chairs in the kitchen.

Living Room

The living room has a large sectional for the family to watch movies on the 55in TV. There is access to Netflix and Disney+. This is a smart TV and families can access their own app accounts.

Pool

Our 27 foot diameter pool is right off the back porch and available for you to enjoy throughout the summer. With floats available to you from the shed.

Firepit

The fire pit is available for all guests. It has Adirondack chairs or additional chairs from the deck. Wood is not provided.

Deck with Covering

Our deck is perfect for any weather as it has a roof covering to keep the rain away! There is lots of seating and a perfect breeze to enjoy your morning coffee or your family dinner.

Front Porch

The front porch has a seating area, where the warm sun shines each morning.

Laundry Room

In the basement, you will find a laundry room so all of your washing needs. There is detergent available to use.
